The CBP One™ app serves as a comprehensive portal for various CBP services, providing users with quick and convenient access to the features they need through a guided question system.

CBP One™ currently offers two features, with additional features set to be launched in the coming year.

• The Inspection Appointment request feature enables brokers, carriers, and forwarders to request inspections for perishable cargo entering the U.S. using their mobile devices. Users can also receive real-time updates on the status of their appointment requests or engage in chat communication with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if further information is required.
• The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply for and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival at a Port of Entry (POE) in the U.S. Additionally, CBP One™ provides access to a digital copy of the I-94 and up to 5 years of travel history. This feature serves as a mobile version of the I-94 application process and information available on the I-94 website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home.
• The "Check Your Trusted Traveler Programs Status" feature allows travelers to check the status of their existing Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) applications and memberships using CBP One™. Furthermore, TTP applicants with scheduled remote interviews can conveniently attend their interviews through the app.

Additional features set to be introduced in the next year will greatly benefit Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers, and Commercial Vessel Operators.

While CBP One™ I-94 is available nationwide, the ability to schedule appointments for perishable cargo is limited to participating Ports of Entry (POE). For further information, please contact your POE.
